The Tenants are a mix of retailers, lumber supply, church, fish wholesaler, concrete company, small engine repair and an alleged illegal car repair facility. Unable to gain entry to the car repair facility. There is also information the guy that was running the ATV repair facility out of his mothers basement on Summer Street has moved over to this location. Unable to gain entry to the bay either. The tenant in the car repair facility was caught by the gas company allegedly stealing gas to heat the building and they have terminated gas. Building Dept. and Fire Dept. to handle at this time.

Building department will take action.

The boiler and water heater shut down and red tagged out of service for being a hazard and the owner needs to contact a plumber and an electrician to rectify the problems. Called to scene by on duty Fire department who responded for a cellar fire.

2:34 p.m. 149 Colonel Bell Drive the entry ways to apartments are deplorable. All rotting away. Building Department will give 7 days to get a structural engineer on it or it will be condemned. These are metal like fire escapes and they have some repairs done to them but they are rotting away and rusting out. Dangerous condition. The owner was told to repair them back around June and he did but not to the liking of the Building department.

3:17 p.m. 243 Green Street the 6-8 squatters were removed from the building and the power was cut, gas was removed and water department is removing the meter. The house has been the scene of multiple complaints from the neighborhood as well as alleged active drug sales location. Today the main objective was to evacuate the house and cut all utilities from it as well as get it boarded up. Mission accomplished and the neighbors should be happy.

Also we have the highway department coming for a basketball hoop that is in the street and not associated with any home on the street.
